Professional diet coaching via Zoom

My Approach

Because you've tried diets before, you want a new, personalised approach this time, specific to your needs as they are right now. I will tailor a plan for you, based on how you already eat, just better. There won't be supplements or powders or smoothies, unless, of course, you want them!

I do a deep-dive into your current habits and take you from where you are right now to where you want to be. There is no food you will have to eat in order to be healthy and no food you cannot eat. You can reach your goals. I guarantee! This is based on the science of behavioural change - what I teach you cannot unlearn!

Step 1

You fill out an on-line questionnaire & brief diet history. I devise a plan for you and set out your goals and route to achieving them.

Step 2

We meet over Zoom. I coach you in person and devise a very precise behavioural plan for you. This is followed-up by video sessions you receive to your email to view over the course of the week and absorb my messages.

Step 3

I coach you in person or over the phone and via email videos and reminders to keep you motivated and on-track. Because you will be accountable to me, you will feel supported and motivated. This time is different. This time you can do it!

Program Options

4-week Blitz

Complete my on-line behaviour & diet questionnaire. I devise your plan. We have 2 coaching sessions via Zoom, on week 1 & week 4. We re-set your habits. Weekly video sessions received via email, interspersed with short video reminders to support you on your journey. You are on your way to the weight you want to be.


6-week Intensive Support

Complete my on-line behaviour & diet questionnaire. I devise your plan. We have 6 weekly coaching sessions via Zoom. I send you weekly videos to support your behaviour change and hold you accountable. On week 6 we agree a plan for your next 6 weeks or for maintenance.


3-month Life-Course Change

Over 12 weeks I will coach you via weekly Zoom sessions and hold you to account on agreed changes to your diet and behaviours around food & exercise. I will challenge you and support you to be the healthiest version of you. No excuses. You will receive weekly video and email support between calls. You will find your motivation to be you again!


Additional Zoom Coaching Sessions

You can add as many additional Zoom coaching sessions as you'd like, either monthly or as-needed after your program has completed.
